Apprenticeship is a commitment to mastery.

As classes and training grew students noticed that I wasn't just a CE provider. It wasn't just education. I was a mentor helping them chart a new path in the wellness industry.

Over time students needed help with technique, transitioning clients to the mat, practice building, dealing with old injuries to rehab and how to help their clients quickly. I found it easier to work with students one on one or in small groups of up to 4 to answer their questions live.

I have in person hands on versions of the apprenticeship and also online versions with hands on supplementation.

The NLPR Apprenticeship is an ongoing mentorship program designed for practitioners who want to go beyond a weekend workshop and develop a deeper understanding of pain relief, movement, assessment, and client care. Rather than simply learning techniques, apprentices learn how to think through complex client situations and develop a practical framework they can use with a wide variety of people and conditions. It allows students to continue their education through regular training, discussion, case reviews, and direct feedback.

The goal is not memorization, but developing confidence, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of how to help clients reduce pain and improve movement.

In-Person Apprenticeship

The in-person apprenticeship provides hands-on training in a small group environment. Students work directly with Robert and other apprentices to refine techniques, receive feedback, and explore new applications of the work.

Topics may include:
                                 Assessment and observation skills
                                 Mat-based NLPR techniques
                                 Table-based NLPR techniques
                                 Client communication
                                 Session flow and treatment planning
                                 Guided Stretch instruction
                                 Partner practice and supervised training
                                 Real-world case discussions

In-person training allows students to experience the work from both practitioner and client perspectives while developing the confidence that comes from hands-on practice.

Online Apprenticeship

The online apprenticeship makes ongoing mentorship available regardless of location. Through livestream training sessions, video review, case discussions, and access to educational resources, students can continue developing their skills from anywhere in the world.

Online apprentices may receive:
                                                      Live group coaching sessions
                                                      Question and answer opportunities
                                                      Case study discussions
                                                      Video demonstrations
                                                      Practice assignments
                                                      Business and marketing guidance
                                                      Support from the NLPR community

Many students combine online learning with occasional in-person training to create a flexible path that fits their schedule and goals.
