Next Level Pain Relief® is a modern system of hands-on pain relief that combines mat work, table techniques, movement therapy, and nervous system education to help people reduce pain and move more freely. This system is used by massage therapists, yoga teachers, and movement professionals to create longer lasting relief for common pain conditions.

WHAT IS NEXT LEVEL PAIN RELIEF®

A System For Solving Pain

Next Level Pain Relief® is not a single technique or massage style. It is a system designed to help practitioners understand how the body responds to touch, movement, and positioning.

Traditional bodywork often focuses only on muscles. But pain relief and relaxation actually occur through the nervous system.

Every technique—whether it is massage, stretching, or movement—is simply a stimulus. The body responds to that stimulus with changes in muscle tone, mobility, and comfort.

NLPR teaches practitioners how to use a variety of tools to create the right stimulus so the body can respond with relaxation and pain relief.

How Students Learn NLPR

Many students begin with the NLPR Membership Vault to explore the system and start practicing techniques.

From there, practitioners may continue learning through live trainings, advanced courses, and mentorship opportunities.

Whether you are a practitioner looking for new tools or someone curious about how the body responds to touch and movement, the NLPR platform offers a unique way to study and explore the system.

WHY PAIN CAN BE DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE

Understanding Pain

Pain is often more complex than a single tight muscle or restricted joint. The body constantly processes information through the nervous system, and sensations such as pain, tension, and restriction are influenced by many factors including stress, posture, movement habits, and previous injuries.

Next Level Pain Relief® focuses on creating the right conditions for this change to occur.

Traditional bodywork techniques can sometimes provide temporary relief, but long lasting change usually happens when the nervous system begins to feel safe enough to allow muscles and joints to relax and move more freely.

THE NERVOUS SYSTEM MODEL

Every Technique Is A Stimulus

Whether someone receives massage, performs yoga, or stretches a muscle, the body is responding to a stimulus.

The nervous system decides how the body reacts to that stimulus.

Possible responses may include:

• muscle relaxation
• increased mobility
• improved circulation
• reduced pain signals

In many cases, lasting relief happens not because a specific muscle was “fixed,” but because the nervous system allowed the body to release tension and reorganize movement.

NLPR helps practitioners understand how to apply techniques in ways that encourage this response.

THE NLPR TOOLS

Multiple Tools — One Goal

Next Level Pain Relief® combines several different approaches so practitioners can choose the most appropriate method for each situation.

These tools may include:

Table Techniques

Familiar bodywork performed on a massage table.

Mat Work

Client and practitioner work together on the floor, allowing greater movement, leverage, and full-body engagement.

Suspension

Using straps or suspension systems to help decompress joints and explore movement patterns.

Movement Therapy

Guided movement and positioning that help the nervous system reorganize how the body moves.

Breath and Relaxation

Simple breathing strategies that encourage the body to shift into a relaxed state.

Using a variety of tools allows practitioners to adapt sessions to the needs of each client.

THE BODYMAP APPROACH

Learning The Body As A System

Instead of teaching isolated techniques, Next Level Pain Relief® organizes learning around different regions of the body.

Students can explore areas such as the neck, shoulders, hips, or lower back and learn multiple ways to approach each region.

TABLE TECHNIQUES THAT RELEASE SURROUNDING MUSCLES

MAT BASED STRETCHES THAT RESTORE MOVEMENT

SUSPENSION TECHNIQUES THAT DECOMPRESS THE JOINT

MOVEMENT PATTERNS THAT IMPROVE STABILITY

PAIN SCIENCE EXPLANATION THAT CLARIFY WHAT THE BODY IS EXPERIENCING

HOW PEOPLE LEARN NLPR

A Clear Learning Path

Many students begin exploring Next Level Pain Relief® through the NLPR Membership Vault.

Inside the vault, members can watch demonstrations, study techniques, and learn how the system applies to different areas of the body.

From there, students may choose to continue their training through:

• in-person workshops
• advanced training programs
• mentorship and apprenticeship opportunities

This flexible structure allows students to learn at their own pace while gradually building deeper understanding.
